This does not happen when logging into Gallery using a Mac or PC. Mac, Mac OS X (10.6.5) Are you entering the username (ie no @mac.com) and password correctly.

I was told that my subscription was cancelled and to register the key again and create a new account. Jan 17, 2024 · Those particular settings are not allowed to be cleared. Probably because you have AppleID and/or iCloud enabled, or the computer is being managed.
