Mar 14, 2016 · UTC Aerospace Systems, a unit of United Technologies Corp., has been selected by Boeing for the horizontal stabilizer trim actuator, the ground maneuvering camera system, and the proximity sensor data concentrators for the new Boeing 777X large, twin-engine jet. These systems complement the numerous systems on the aircraft awarded to UTC Aerospace Systems in 2015.

Collins Aerospace is now a standalone company of United Technologies, along with Otis and Carrier, after a planned separation in 2020.
