Wee Kheng Chiang was a Malaysian Chinese businessman who founded United Chinese Bank and Bian Chiang Bank. He was born in Sarawak in 1890 and married the daughter of a wealthy merchant. He died in 1978 and was posthumously honored as the "uncrowned king of Sarawak".
