  6. If you call 132221 they will give you the option to go through "pre-identified" by entering your NetBank client number and your 4 digit CommBank App PIN if you have one. They may ask you for a Telephone Banking password, if you have one. They may ask you to verify your name even though you go through "pre-identified".

  7. Sending the NetCode via the app means it works when there's no phone reception, but you still have data (so, perfect when travelling eg overseas), and it's more secure than SMS.   10. The Commonwealth Bank has decided not to support that browser in their business model, I fail to see how that is a bug. If they had written their site properly in the first place, there wouldn't be an issue. Opera isn't the only browser that this new NetBank is unkind to. Their previous version of NetBank worked fine with Opera, by the way.
