If your account is a Microsoft365 Work/School account and if you are an end user/if you are an admin but another user has admin rights, it is suggested to contact your admin and ask the admin to reset the Authentication method for your account.

I'll be glad to assist you today. To remove the account, kindly open the Windows setting by pressing Windows key + i. In the settings go to Accounts > Email & Accounts. In the right pane go to Account used by other apps section then highlight the account that you want to delete then click remove. Once done, re-launch the app.
