Taipei Zoo celebrated its 109th anniversary with the opening of a new Aviary Zone featuring rare pheasants and exotic birds, inviting you to take a bird's-eye view of species from around the world.
Once you enter Taipei Zoo, no refunds are available. For re-entry, please put a stamp on your hand at the exit. Unused tickets can only be refunded before 4:00pm on the day of your visit. No refund will be issued if the ticket is lost, damaged, burned, ripped, or in any other unrecognizable form.
The zoo is closed to the public on Chinese New Year's Eve (Feb 9, 2024 ) and late June (From Jun 19 to Jun 28, 2024).. The zoo will be closed on days when the Taipei City Government announces natural disasters (e.g., typhoon).

Zoo South Station Entrance closes at 4:00pm, please enter through the Main Entrance. Education Center and Shuttle Train are both free starting from 4:30pm.
