Feb 1, 2018 · Navi2s. I own a 2017 navigator L and when I took it to the dealer for service I asked them to change the cabin air filter. To my great disappointment I was told that this car doesn't have one. This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread.
The control switch contacts have likely corroded or else the grease that lubricates them has dried out from age preventing them from making contact. Someone needs to test and be sure that the switch is the problem, but it is far more common than a failure of the seat track motor and transmission. FWIW.
