If you can't sign in to OneDrive work or school account, try to reset your password or alternatively, please contact your organization's IT Admin. 2. Check for updates.

Go to onedrive.com, and select Sign in at the top of the page. Enter your Microsoft account (Xbox, Skype, Outlook.com email address) and select Next . Type your password and select Sign In .
